Shortcut for your desktop can be installed by Lori or Nina

1. Text Document - similar to Microsoft Word2. Presentation – similar to Powerpoint3. Spreadsheet – similar to Excel

Students should always save to the U drive. If they plan to work on the document at home, they should also save to the hard drive or a flash drive. They should save as an “ODF file”.
