1. If its services have been drawn according to International Standards. If they can be applied to each customer separately, according to the objectof their work, their needs and if a complete operational drawing of safetycan be worked out.

WE achieve this with the daily “reading” of the international environment ofsecurity. We watch the measures and views regarding the fight against ter-rorism, arrests, trials of terrorists, the course of criminality worldwide, theanti-political measures - movements and the activities of similar enterprisesabroad. All these briefings give us the possibility of supplementing the JIGSAWof threats successfully for any guarding assigned to us, or further planningof security.

2. The way of choice of appropriateness and wage of personnel. Usually the Security personnel is attracted by announcements andaddresses opportunists, pensioners, individuals that seek secondwork or people who work with agreements without lawful wagesand insurance.

WE as a rule select our personnel by reference. a) In the first stage our managerial executives interview potential employees.

A second meeting follows, that includes a psychological test (matrix) whichafterwards is evaluated and included in the final choice.

b) For all the personnel we abide by regulations effective by legislation. More-over, private insurance is provided.

c) The payroll is, in most cases, above the average and in general higher thanthat of similar companies in Greece. Apart from this, outstanding employeesthat are first in the monthly evaluation or for “their exceptional action” aregiven a BONUS.

d) the training of personnel follows two (2) axes: Off duty training through a special training program of high standards andavant-garde audiovisual means. On duty training where the guards work with older staff members.

3. The corporate policy of quality and the achievement of its objectives. It is a fact that the majority of security companies do not aim at visions, andsocial responsibility. What interests is cheap workforce and “virtual” pres-ence in each space.

WE check the quality of our services round the clock. Our integrity is basedon continuously changing conditions. We evaluate the dexterities, the effort, and demonstration of responsibility and award our personnel. We create per-sonnel with a career. We award, we contribute and participate in each eventand effort of non speculative organizations, (ACTΙΟNAID, ARCTUROS, CHIL-DREN'S VILLAGES SOS, and CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS etc.) wherever it isasked of us. We strive for a better environment and set an example throughour human resources.

4. The ceaseless supply of services. Most security companies only work office hours. Even those that combinetheir services with 24hour Central Stations usually cannot cover emergencies.

WE provide services of extraordinary coverage 24 hours a day, 365 days ayear with correspondence within minutes in big cities. Our Operations Center, Executives, and our Administration, are at our cus-tomer’s assistance round the clock. Our supervisors “scan” the regions of re-sponsibility and support our services and the work of our personnel.

5. Flexibility and adaptability. Companies of security are seldom alert enough to change their servicesdepending on the conditions. The “forgotten” personnel move around in itsroutine “killing” security even if the world around them collapses.

WE, by planning a unified system of measures and collection of informationwe can direct our personnel at any given moment if the conditions of envi-ronment are alerted. Thus our personnel can continuously check the factorsthat affect the degree of each danger.

5 characteristics of theright Security CompanyIt is datum that careful preparation decreases the consequences of crisis, when we can appre-

ciate and anticipate the degree of danger.

Thus when selecting the correct Security company you should know:

Because nothing is the way it seems...

Staff & TrainingThe most important factor for the supply of high quality services of security is human resources.

SECURICON applies a strict process of employment that includes recognized/acknowledged

tests of personality and dexterities.

The Management of Human Recourses, after the initial training (theoretical & practical), af-

filiates the newly recruited staff providing specifically drawn training programs for the whole

staff but also more generally for executives of companies from the all levels.

The programs are offered with audiovisual means and include basic duties of guarding, com-

munication, commands of productivity, disarmament of suspect, control of work, explosives,

criminality, arms detection, firefighting, terrorism, first aid, intervention etc.

SECURICON’s goal is continuous training and briefing of its personnel.

In conclusion the high level of quality of personnel is maintained from:

• The regular training on a theoretical and practical level

• The continuous monitoring via a planned system of supervising from experienced super-

visors and electronic means

• The coordination and the control via the Oparations Center

• Regular evaluations of dexterities, efforts and performance.

Guarding & Crisis Management

In the services of guarding we determine the suitable countermeasures and with the pro-portional proof which formulate a unified plan of security. It is datum that careful preparation and distinctive well prepared personnel can minimize thedegree of each danger like: • Natural disaster • Deliberate or negligent fire • Internal problems • Common or organized crime • Terrorism… and thus decreasing the consequences of a crisis.

The comprehension and the methods of action of criminal and extremist groups give usthe possibility of anticipate the likely flow of events and to give solutions to any security prob-lem. Thus, the confrontation and management of a crisis is one of our basic activities. Weanalyze the dangers, we give solutions and premeditate the reactions thereafter. More specifically, a study - analysis of danger/vulnerability, answers the questions: What should I protect? What constitutes what I should protect? Is there a gap in the safety of what I want to protect and to what extent? What level of danger is acceptable for what I want to protect? (taking into consideration ad-ministrative decisions due to technical, cost, historical reasons etc.) How can I finally protect it?

The corresponding answers compose the steps of a completed, correctly studied - analysis: • Explicit orientation of the protected property. • Recognition of threat (or threats). • Search of vulnerabilities (weaknesses). • Estimate of danger. • Definition of (suitable) countermeasures.

Apart from these, even on specialized issues, after research, we even provide confidentialand unbiased advice simultaneously giving the client the possibility to face each problem.
