– 2-4 “sponsored” meetings– Leaves 4-6 meetings to program/find

speakers for

♦ Goal is to have an interesting feature speaker to draw attendance

♦ Balance of industry/academic speakers

♦ Brainstorm/solicit opinions♦ Determine what topics you would like first,

then solicit speakers for these topics♦ Use your contacts/ask for help♦ Stay organized – track ideas♦ Work several months ahead
