Meet Your Camp Director Assistant Aviators Coach Steve

Cannady is your camp director.

The Camp Program Each camp begins with a welcome and

hands on involvement by Aviators

Manager Rollo Adams. During the week,

Coach Steve Cannady directs his squad of

leaders and instructors, all of whom are

hand-picked from the Atwater Aviators

roster for their baseball skills and their

ability to work well with kids.

Learn Offense Baseball offensive skills including hitting,

bunting, and base running are covered

from the ground up.

What position do you

want to play? In the youth camps all the defensive

positions are covered. Campers will have

the opportunity to practice, play and

improve skills at the position of their

choice.

Youth Camps — All Sessions For boys and girls ages 6 to 12. The youth camps start

at 9am - 1pm. Campers need to bring a sack lunch

each day, appropriate dress for the weather, baseball

glove and any other appropriate sports gear. Please

mark all clothing and gear with camper’s name and

phone number on the items in case of loss. Registra-

tion is first come, first served. Boys or girls campers

must be 6 years or older in order to participate.

College Prospect Camp For boys and girls ages 13 and up. This camp is for

serious players who want coaching with

batting, pitching, fielding or other skills that need im-

provement. Camp times are 9am - 1pm.

Camp Fees For only $85 per camp session your child will enjoy

a great week with the best baseball players in Merced

County. Your child will learn from both Aviators

coaches and players and will also receive an authentic

Atwater Aviators Camp T-shirt and a 5-game strip

of tickets (a $25 value, one 5 game strip per family).

Please complete a separate form for each additional child.

No refunds will be given. In case of rainout, rain-checks

will be given for a future camp.

In enrolling this child, I hereby authorize the staff of the Atwater Aviators Baseball

Camp to act on my behalf according to their best judgment in any emergency that

requires medical attention and hereby waive and release the Atwater Aviators Base-

ball Camp from any liability for any injuries or illness incurred while this child in par-

ticipating at the Baseball Camp.

I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would be affected by this child’s

participation in the camp’s program as outlined in the brochure.

I give my permission for my child to be photographed, filmed or interviewed by the

news media for any reason during Aviators Camp. I also give my permission for the

Atwater Aviators to use my child’s photograph or quotes in any future Aviators

publications.
