Subject: Sanction for course fee and TA/DA towards deputation of 5 numbers ofDC(MSME) officers for training programme on 'Supply Chain Management forGlobal Competitiveness' scheduled to be held from 81h to 9th February, 2016 atManesar (Gurgaon) organised by IlCA, Gurgaon under 'DC (MSME) officers'training programme scheme'- non-recurring.

Sir,I am directed to convey the sanction of President for payment of Rs.71,250/-

(Rupees Seventy One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty only) + service tax @14.5% to IlCA,Gurgaon as course fee for the deputation of 5 numbers of officers of this organisation for theaforementioned training programme commencing from 08.02.2016 to 09.02.2016 (2days) at Manesar, Gurgaon as per details mentioned in the Annexure on the terms andconditions indicated below:

i) The period spent on training will be treated as duty under FR 9(5)(b);ii) During the period of training the officers shall draw their grade pay and such

allowances which they have drawn but for their training;iii) Traveling allowance to be allowed as on tour from the place of posting to the place

of training and back by the class of accommodation to which he/ she is entitled;iv) DA as per rules.

2. This sanction is also hereby accorded to: -a) Expenditure towards course fee to the concerned trammg institute (as shown inAnnexure of even number) will be paid by Headquarter Office.

b) Grant of advance ofTA/DA payable to the officer, as per his entitlement (subject toactual) under the rules and adjustment on submission of final claim.

3.1. The above mentioned course fee (su bject to actual no. of participants attending theprogramme) will be paid by this office on the receipt of pre-receipted bill in duplicateduly affixed with revenue stamp after the training programme is over. Theexpenditure on Course Fee of the sponsored officer is debitable to the Major Head2851, Minor Head 00.102 Sub Head 76.01.20 Other Administrative Expenses(OAE)under Demand No. 66 for the year 2015-16.

3.2. The expenditure on TA/DA of the sponsored officers is debitable to the Major Head2851, Minor Head 00.102 Sub Head 76.01.11 DTE- under Demand No. 66 for theyear 2015-16. This sub head is controlled and monitored centrally by the Hqrs.Office. Hence, the exact amount of TA/DA spent on training of DC (MSME) officersonly (limited to the entitlement of the officer as admissible under rules) be intimatedon final settlement / adjustment of TA/DA claim to IC&C Division of Hqrs. Office formonitoring. No funds need to be allocated to the field offices separately for training ofDC (MSME) officers.

4. The sanction is valid for the current financial year 2015-16.

5. Immediate after completion of training, the concerned officer should submit afeedback report along with information of TA/DA (tentative/actual) amountclaimed (IT IS MANDATORY) in the prescribed format.
