Strength:I don't think if I will say I am honest, punctual, hardworking, flexible so and so then you will believe on me

because people doesn't believe on you instantly while saying this things about yourself.

So I believe in give and take policy, I will follow the terms and conditions of your company and work here with full

dedication and if not then you can terminate me.

Weakness:i don't believe the word weakness because this word itself weak the person if even he is not, Nothing is

impossible in this world god make some level to achieve every target just you to work hard and clear those level follow

Ya strengths and weaknesses are required in day to day life just because of it only we inspired to do something new and

make our path at high altitude point.

So my biggest strength is my Self motivational power, why, lets take an example of exam point of view when I got less

percent its seems to be give bad effects on me so why don't I keep my percent goal as high say 85% and I tried for it at

least I can achieve upto 75-80 thats called self motivational.

Also for this strength I required confidence as well which I gain from my father who is equally supporting for my

strengths. After this I don't have to say anything because for guiding any team this are very important strengths.

My weakness are I am not differ between my friends and my Enemy because I give them equal respect sometime I

have to face a problem due to that but I used this weakness as my strength by gaining new tricks from both and my

way separate from them.

My strength is my weakness because when I get into any work I forget everything else.

And intend to complete it with full dedication and concentration, So naturally it would not be good enough for my health

which also needs rest being a human. For example when I was in 12th standard while making my project I got into it

and forgot everything else and worked till the morning 5am and completed my work.
