Summary: The total membership for the Community Action Advisory Board (CAAB) shall be no more than 15 at-large members, per Resolution No. R-2018-0372, comprised of one-third elected public officials or their representatives, one-third private sector members recommended by the CAAB and one-third low-income representatives selected by a democratic process in the target neighborhoods served. Members will fully participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) program to serve low-income communities. Ms. Walker meets all applicable guidelines and requirements outlined in the Resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on May 6, 2014.
