Asia Billion Industry Co.,Limited (ABIL) is a Hong Kong registered company. We are a professional manufacturer of plastic/ rubber injection mold , injection molding part and precise metal part machining.

Our manufacturer facility are local at South China. Our modern mold facility are more than 12000 square feet with latest equipments included High Speed CNC Machines , Wire Cut Machines, EDM Machines, Drilling machines, Milling machines and advanced test equipments. Our injection molding plant facility are around 10000 square feet equipped Japan imported injection machines

Production

No project is too small or too large . We are able to produce all sizes of molding plastic part from 0.5 grams to 2 kilograms.

We process a variety plastic and rubber materials as Below :

ABS PCPC/ABS POMASA PMMA PBT Nylon 6/66/46PVC PPHIPS PEITPU TPETPR. Engineering Plastics

Fire Retardant (FR), Ultraviolet resistent (UV) and Glass fiber (GF) materials are available according to the detail requests.

UL,ROHS, SGS & MSDS certification are also available.

Surface treatment and painting are available too .

Project Management & Quality Assurance

Each of our projects has a experienced project engineer to follow all the steps and technical issues in our innovational characteristic project manage files and methods. All of them are led by the Technical Manager and Director So all the issues can be solved in the right way in time .

Quality is first priority at ABIL what is the life of development power of our enterprise. All the tooling and parts are tested by a series imported test machines included CMM, Hardness, Projector and other necessary test. There will be a test report each time for us to control the quality and show our customer. We will have a Mold Flow Analyse for the complex part before the mold design to guide us find a better design way to avoid the potential faults.

We are follow the ISO certification guidelines and have a very strictly control of the tooling standards. CPK & DPPM are available in our production if necessary. Customer ‘s quality satisfaction and success is our goal of all our QC team members . All the molds and final production are strictly based on the dimension tolerance and surface appearance criteria.
