ACDC work closely with the world’s leading LEDchip manufacturers enabling us to deliver theworld’s most innovative and efficient lightingproducts. The XP LED is the smalles t and mostefficient LED at 81 lumens per Watt, although thisis now being closely matched by the Cree XP-ELED. These LEDs use a new TFFC technology,

which offers s ignificantly improved light outputand efficiency, with the cool white LED delivering100 lumens at 1.2 Watts. The LEDs can also beoperated at higher currents, with 700mAproducing 180 lumens, whils t s till maintaining50,000 hour lifetime, most importantly to 70%lumen maintenance.

DUAL B INNING - Guaranteed colour consistencyACDC continue to deploy a dual binning processto overcome the inconsistencies in the colour ofLEDs received from LED manufacturers. Speciallydesigned spectrometers are used to check theexact colour make up, ensuring an accurate colouris delivered on every project.

Finally LEDs are starting to deliver their promises,with much improved lighting performance andoutstanding efficiencies, well within Part L energyefficiency stipulations.

LED technology is a rapidly developing technologyand this datasheet shows the lighting performanceof the LEDs selected for use in ACDC products.These sheets are designed tobe read in conjunctionwith the LED Product Portfolios and website, andwill be updated on a regular basis, as performanceimproves and new technologies are developed.

Evolutionworkswith theACDCLEDEngine50,whichproduces an amazing 1200 lumens in warm whiteusing around 20 Watts, and is incredibly energyefficient with an outstanding efficacy of 50 lumensper Watt, in line with Part L energy efficientguidelines.The cold white performance is evenmore

amazing, with 1710 lumens at 20 Watts, offering anamazing 85 lumens per Watt. LED lifetime is notimpaired by the incredible light output, with anexpected 70% lumenmaintenance at 50,000 hours.

Evolution features super efficient LED opticsspecially designed by ACDC, with narrow,medium, wide and extra wide beam options,harnessing over 90% of the light output to delivera truly outstanding lighting performance. All ofthese optics can be interchanged on site withrelative ease, alongwith the LEDboards (andnot thewhole luminaire) should LED change be necessary.

Emergency versions are also available, wherebyone of the compact LEDs onboard is illuminatedduring emergency operation, giving suitableemergency light powered by the compactemergency driver adjacent to the luminaire.

Measuring only7mm x 16mm in cross section, Ultra is incrediblycompact, and allows the light source to be hiddenout of sight, giving an even and powerful glow.This luminaire is only available as single colour,but with a strong warm white colour option, withexcellent colour rendering, there are manypotential retail applications that are suited to thisproducts minimalist design. The ultra wide beamfrom the LED enables powerful light outputs,across a very wide lit area.

Designedto complement the establishedArtemis and Spekfamily of products but delivering significantlyhigher output, Accento is available in a widerange of LED colour options and the standardrange of optics and also features deep-recessedLEDs for minimal glare.

Accento has been developed not only to meet theever increasing requests for mains onboard LEDluminaires, but to also deliver exceptionallighting performance, similar to a 35 Watthalogen. Replacing halogen with LED has alwaysbeen difficult with remote drivers, or poor colourtemperature or rendering, but Accento nowrepresents a genuine equivalent in all theseaspects of performance.
