3. Think about your gut

Good gut health can make all the difference in staying healthy throughout the cold and flu season. If you have trouble sleeping, try switching off all electronic devices at least 1 hour before your bedtime and also avoid coffee or drinks with caffeine at least 3 hours before bed.
