TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. The $2000 reward is a Rewards Come True Gift Card with $2000 preloaded (Gift Card) issued by

iGo Direct Group ABN: 17 110 897 320.

2. The Rewards and Recognition Time promotion (Promotion) is open to Australian residents who carry on a full time occupation as a builder, building professional, sales consultant, real estate agent or mortgage broker. At the sole discretion of DFC (Ashbury) Pty Ltd (Promoter) the Promotion may be extended to other qualifying professionals from time to time.

3. The Promoter reserves its right not to issue a Gift Card in the event that the Customer is already an active prospect on the Promoter’s customer/purchaser database.

4. This Promotion commences at 9:00 am AEST on 7 October 2015 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 June 2016 (Offer Period).

5. To be eligible for the Gift Card, you must:

(a) submit a correctly completed original Customer Registration Form (Form) with the details of your customer (Customer) between 7 October 2015 and 30 June 2016;

(b) the Form must be received by us before or at the time of the Customer’s first visit to the Ashbury Sales & Display Centre;

(c) you must be the first person to submit the name of the Customer and completed Form to us;

(d) your Customer must enter into a contract with the Promoter or its nominee for the purchase of an available land lot in the Ashbury estate during the Offer Period and your Customer must:

i. complete settlement of the relevant land lot by the date agreed under the contract of sale;

(e) both you and your Customer must comply with these terms in full.

6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves its right

(a) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion;

(b) to reject any Form which is illegible or incomplete and

(c) to substitute the Gift Card, if unavailable, with a gift of equal value.

7. For the avoidance of doubt, this offer is not available on re-sale transactions where the vendor is a third party unrelated to the Promoter - the offer is only available in respect of land purchased directly from the Promoter or its nominee.

8. The Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions by the Promoter or its related entities. This Promotion may not be set-off or deducted against any moneys or debts payable by you to the Promoter. This Promotion is not available to employees or associates of Dennis Family Corporation Pty Ltd, DFC (Ashbury) Pty Ltd & Maxwell Collins Pty Ltd or any related companies.

9. You warrant that you have disclosed all details of this Promotion to the Customer including the fact that you may receive the Gift Card. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary permissions and consents to submit the Form and receive the Gift Card in your name. You agree to indemnify the Promoter for any claims or losses arising from or connected with your breach of this warranty.

10. The $2000 Rewards Come True Gift Card will be provided to the “Referrer” within 30 days of the settlement of the land contract.

11. The Promoter will hold all private information in accordance with its privacy policy available at www.ashburyestate.com.au/privacy-ashbury.

12. These terms are governed by all laws and regulations in force in Victoria.

13. DFC (Ashbury) Pty Ltd ABN 40 602 217 050 of 211 Waverley Road, East Malvern, Victoria is the promoter of this Promotion.
