1. NTUC Mobile Interactive/ Integrated Platform and Applications
• Capable of holistically serving NTUC’s stakeholders/ members/customers.
• Submissions may comprise consortium-led end-to-end solutions or innovative “plug-in” mobile applications that can integrate with a generic “middleware” mobile platform

• Desired mobile platform should address the following requirement:
Interoperability with majority of phone owner’s OS, e.g. iPhone, Android, Symbian, Blackberry, Java, etc.
Adaptable, ease of customizing Ability to support add-on features that integrate CRM
consumer analytics, targeted personalised “push” services, 3D visualization services, augmented reality, games, identification solutions, in-app messaging/ social networking solutions, digital advertising, e-learning, M-Payment and other innovative e-Services, etc

• To develop innovative solutions capable of tracking, monitoring and identifying children/ parents/ caregivers at NTUC Childcare/ Eldercare centres.

Identification of parents/ authorised caregivers handing over and picking up of children at childcare centre

database Record staff attendance Using camera solution to validate child’s departure with caregiver Tracking whereabouts of elderly and providing alerts.

policyholders - in terms of better connectivity and information capture and sharing amongst impacted parties.
• To provide better pricing options for Motor and Health policyholders if we could gather and apply lifestyle related factors to the pricing – Motor - based on accumulated data on driving behaviour.– Health - based on accumulated data health management
