Receive email notification


Request a new pricebook header

• Request a new pricebook (PB) header by completing the following template and sending it to: [email protected]

• Fields in BLUE are required

Notes:PLEASE USE ALL CAPS FOR HEADER DATA. All header data must match exactly. NO space in the CATALOG_ID

Import Format: The default import format is OFSP-Template (English).

Export Format: The default export format is OFS_CSV.

* Buyer = Customer


Receive pricebook header created confirmation

• Supplier receives an email confirmation of the pricebook (PB) created from OFS Portal Admin

• Below is an example of confirmation

The following pricebook header has been created for Buyer: TESTBUYER

CATALOG_ID: CATALOGDEMOCATALOG NAME: CATALOGDEMO

ACCESS: Supplier Organization: TESTSUPPLIERBuyer Organization: TESTBUYER

PROCESS PROFILE (Catalog Tasks and Email Notifications)Supplier Responsible Person: AUDREY SMITHBuyer Responsible Person: GEORGE JONES

AUTOMATED PROCESSING ENABLED

IMPORT FORMAT: Excel with Schema OFSP – Toolset_Parm_A_B (English) EXPORT FORMAT: CSV with Schema OFS_CSV_Parms

Currency Code: USDTerritory: USUOM: ANSI

NOTE: In the Template, the Catalog ID will automatically be generated when you complete the Buyer ID and Supplier ID header fields. The Catalog ID must match the Catalog ID used in the Catalog Manager or the catalog data will not import.

PLEASE USE ALL CAPS FOR HEADER DATA. All header data must match exactly what is above and in the Catalog system.

* Buyer = Customer


Login to FTP Application• Launch FTP Application

• Click Connect (if a connection existed). Otherwise, click New Siteto setup new connection.


New Connection Setup***Skip this step if connection is already setup

• Enter the below info:Ø Site NameØ Host / IP / URLØ UsernameØ PasswordØ Port, Timeout, Retries

• Click Connect.


Test Connectivity & File Transferfrom Core FTP LE

• Click Connect to login to FTP• Below screen connected as

shown


Prepare Catalog for File Transfer

• Complete required fields in blue

• For hot folder submissions, Buyer ID field (Cell B6) must match a Customer ID in application

• Validate and Save


File Transfer in Core FTP • Select file in .csv or .xls

format à Click & Drag file to right panel

• Application is processed to run every 2 minutes to move the file to Hotfolder in OFS Portal Pricebook Mgmt(jCatalog)

• Once file is moved to the right panel, the file is in queue to be transferred to jcatalog hot folder


File Transfer complete

• The file will clear from the right panel to show file has been transferred


Hot folder processing notification

• Below message is received when pricebook has been successfully processed via hot folder
