Interview Process
Pre-screening of candidate profile by WFM Primary round of Interview : Technical Interview Technical Interview Select Candidates appear for PDM
interview Candidate can be “selected”, “rejected” or put “on hold-
2nd tech round recommended” Offers of PDM Select Candidates are validated and
approved by AIS Service Area Leads. Once Approved , PDM Select Candidates given offer
letters within 5 working days from approval receive date. PDM selects can be kept on hold for below mentioned
reasons:
There can be various reasons to put a candidate on Hold:- No Demand for a particular location- Salary issue (if expected salary is too high and it
requires another round of discussion or exceptional approval from the business)
- No Demand for Technology- To be hired at a later date (less exp/high exp)

We emphasize "No Documents" - "No Interview" policy. The Candidates need to carry the followingdocuments as a compulsory part of the process when they come in for the Interview to IBM both duringthe weekday & weekend.
1. Hard-copy of filled up EAF version 4.02. Duly filled Background Check consent form3. Proof of salary documents-Last 3 months Pay slips (Company's logo or letter head required) and
Photocopy of Offer Letter with compensation breakup or latest increment letter from present organization with salary break up.
4. Updated Resume5. Valid Photo ID Proof (PAN, Driving License, Passport, Voters ID)6. Photograph Passport sized (1 copy)7. Highest educational degree certificate or provision degree certificate.8. Highest educational mark sheets of all semesters/Years9. Previous to current Employer Relieving letter (If tenure in current organization is less than 1 year)
For SSP to Regular
NOC from the Vendor & the PM’s and RCM Approvals are required. Photo copy of previous job offer & release certificate if any job change has taken place during past 6
months NOC from present employer if the employer is IBM vendor or business associate/partner
In case of incomplete documents, please do not do the PDM interview. Please forward the documents to Hiring SPOC in your location

Use the supporting documents to check the salary ranges. Please refer to the Salary Grid attached herewith of “Application Programmer” & “Consulting (IT Consulting)" under Services Sheets for hiring candidates in AIS.
Premium Skills or Niche Skills: Consulting Sal Grid can be followed. For Regular (Full Time & Part Time) Hires & Fixed Term Hires:
- Upto 9% of AR (not CTC) for all locations- Service Leads approval is required for all locations if JB is offered
above 9%of AR (not CTC)
Joining Bonus is not applicable for Third Party Contractors, Visiting Faculties and Interns.

Steps to Clock Hours and claim Food and Travel ExpensesFor Food / Travel Expenses===========================================================
===========1.For the Food/Travel Expenses, Open the WWER( Link :https://w3.ibm.com/jct01008ws/tools/expenses/auth/ibmersbpa.wss)2. Click "New” then "Expense Report”, Specify the Business Purpose and Select the Categoryas “Recruiting“ and then Finish.5. Go to Apply Expenses and Select " Other Meals" and choose "Non Travel over time meals (Employee)" and for TRANSPORTATION, select Corresponding ( "Car Rental / hire etc").6. Click on Charge to , mention Description of Account , Select To be charged to “Services Project(BMS)” and “INT4042” in Account and Project ID, Click on Lookup and Done.Link for Car Rentals-http://w3-01.ibm.com/hr/web/travel/carground/car_rental_suppliers_india.html
For ILC===========================================================
===========1.Go to ILC , Select the “Add work items" and give the Acc.ID and add it. Double click once it'sadded to the Menu and select the specific activity ( Recruitment Drive) and say ok. 2.Work Item : The New Interview Panel work item in ILC would be INTPANL#, Where # wouldbe the starting letter of the employee serial number of the panelist. Eg: If the employee serialnumber of a panelist is 257094 the work item id would be INTPANL23.Alternatively the panelist can search for the account id (INT4042) and the appropriate codeswill be listed.4.Work Item Title: Interview Panel Hours.
