Firstlv: The student shall move out of the room while the steward ofthe hostel verifies the effective quitting, with withdrawal of the keys.

Secondlv: The student and the steward are to co-sign the quittingattestation in three copies, mentioning the state of facilities,equipment and material ;

Thirdlv: The caution fee reimbursement receipt shall be signed bythe Service Head for University lodging, upon presentation of acopy of the room quitting attestation.

Fourthlv: Withdrawal of the caution fee from the Accounting Office(Agence Gomptable) upon presentation of the national identity cardand the caution fee reimbursement receipt.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Dschang informs studentsoccupying rooms in the University hostel for the 2018-2019 academic year andwishing to re-occupy their rooms:

- during the months of August and September 2019,- or during the 2019-2020 academic year,

that they can submit at the Service in charge of University Lodging, theircomplete application files for rooms comprising:

1. A duly filled form to be withdrawn from the Service in charge ofUniversity Lodging;

2" A photocopy of the student card or the attestation of schoolattendance for the 2018-2019 academic year;

3. A photocopy of the payment receipt of tuition fees for the 2018-2019academic year;

4. A photocopy of payment receipts of rents for the 2018-2019academic year.

Deadline for submission of files: Friday July 05,2019 at mid-day.

Students whosemodalities consisting inand the rent chargesoccupation.
