Local checks are accepted but clients will be charged a $50 returned check fee for any bounced checks.

Congratulations! Your newborn sitting fee is complimentary as part of your stay at Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

You will also receive one complimentary 4x6 print of the hospital’s choosing; your print will be mailed the month following

your baby’s birth. Digital files, prints, and photography packages are available for purchase a la carte.

Sessions typically last 20 minutes and include three outfits. Because of time constraints, this session is only for the newborn.*

Some wraps and props are provided, but any personal items you would like to include are welcome.

• Babies like to be photographed warm, full, dry, and naked! Due to time constraints, we will keep baby diapered and wrapped

or swaddled in one of our wraps or a blanket you have provided.

• Sessions are scheduled for 20 minutes and are for the newborn only.; siblings or family members may be added for a $50 fee

and must be scheduled in advance to reserve enough time to accomodate them.

• Three poses/outfits are included in your session. Various wraps and props are available for your choosing.

Personal items are welcome and recommended! Please note that these items are considered one of your poses/outfits.

•• We will do our best to get as many photos as possible in your 20-minute time slot. If baby is uncooperative (it happens; don’t

worry about it!) or if you are late to your appointment, we will try to accomodate you but reserve the right to reschedule.

• Please note that newborns are newborns, so you may have to wait for another appointment to finish before your session can begin.

We suggest you take this time to get prepped - a dry diaper and a full belly go a long way!

• Please change and feed baby as close to your appointment time as possible.

• All props are cleaned after each session with hospital-grade cleaners. We do not re-use soiled props or wraps until they are

clcleaned per hospital infection-control standards. We wash our swaddles with allergen-free detergent after each use

• Your in-hospital newborn session is complimentary within 14 days of delivery. We will try our best to schedule you before

discharge or during your well-baby check-up, but please contact us if there is a time conflict.

• One 4x6 print of the hospital’s choosing will be mailed to you the month after the session. Digital files,

prints, and photography packages are available for purchase from Dolli Photography LLC a la carte.

• All patients will receive a password-protected watermarked gallery within two weeks of your session

to shato share with friends and family. Orders may be placed within the online gallery.

Products will be delivered after payment is made in full.

• Dolli Photography retains the ownership and copyright of all images taken

during your session. There is a Photography Consent Form in your

New Baby packet; it is required for all photography sessions.

Let me extend a warm welcome to you, your family, and your new addition(s)! My name is Dianne Dotter, the owner and photographer behind Dolli Photography LLC.

I have a gentle approach and strive to capture your sweet baby as naturally and comfortably as possible. With two little girls of my own, a large extended family, and over 15 years of experience behind the camera, I have all sorts of tips & tricks

to get the best “first” pictures possible.
