• A study on the effects of project management improvement was done by The Center for Business Practices and reported in the December 2001 issue of Business Finance. The study was of 103 executives who after implementing major PM initiatives reported:

•             49.23% increase in project Performance vs. Schedule

•             49.96% increase in Project Performance vs. Budget•             22.14% increase in customer retention•             33.44% increase in customer satisfaction•  • Another study (done in 2002) and quoted in the same

publication, was of 100 Sr. level PM practitioners, they said after implementing major PM initiatives companies could expect an average of:
