SUMMARYHaitham received the PhD degree in Accounting from Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania, in September 1997. He started his professional career at Sadat Academy for Management Sciences in Egypt (1998-2005). He is currently employed as Associate Professor of Accounting at Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) in Saudi Arabia, (2005-Present). His professional interests focus on university teaching, vocational training, financial and management consulting, business mentoring, academic research, translation and localization. He is currently teaching accounting and finance Courses (Associate AD, Bachelor BS and Executive MBA programs) at Royal Commission Yanbu Colleges and Institutes (RCYCI). He is also trainer and consultant at the Center of Business and Technology Incubators, RCYCI. Also, He is a part-time trainer and business mentor at Yanbu Chamber of Commerce and Industry at Saudi Arabia. Duties and Responsibilities

Head of Accounting Unit, (January 2016 – Present)The accounting unit includes both Associate (AD) and Bachelor (BS) programs in Accounting. I am currently leading a faculty team of ten instructors responsible for delivering the foundation and specialization courses of accounting, finance, and economics. Further, I am heading a committee responsible for the project of developing the BS accounting program curriculum according to the requirements of Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants SOCPA, (February 2016 – Present).
