difierent district of West Beogal on the tltrength of the Mtlmorandum No 1626-FRlO IIM-052014 dated 2Z07 2015 shy
l Applications will be invited by the Ex-officio Managers West Bengal Wasteland Development Corporation Ud and Diviional Foret Officers having territorial iurisdictiom in different diitricts of West Bengal on behalf of Managing Director WBWDC Ud through advertisement in local newspaper
2 Copiell cf th~ adwrtis~tllent should be circuillted to all GoYl offi~eg and Panchaynl Offic es of the concerMdDivision
3 Applicatioll5 should be submitted to the respective R-officio Managers within 21 (twenty one) da~ from the date ofpublicatioo of the advmisement in the local news paper
4 A list of applications thus received and found eligible should be prepared by the concerned Ex-officlo Manager WBWDC Ltd and forwarded to the Sabhapati of the concerned Panchayet Samity
5 Sabhapat~ Panchayat Samity should select provisionally the Aranya Bandhus from the list Gram Panchayet-wise within 10(ten) days from the date of receipt of tbe list Concerned Range Otllccr and Deat Officer shoold be consulted by the Sabhapati in Selection of the candidates
6 The provisionally se1ccted list of Anmya Bandhus by the concerned Panchayat Samity in the ratio of 15 per Arallya Bandhu to be ippointd (ie fm each Alanya Bandhuprop06ed to be appointed the Pancbayet Samity should preferably provide a list of 5 names) and should be forwarded to the Ex-officio Manager WBWDCL who will approve the list
7 The concerned Chief CoDJervator of Forests I Con~~ator of Forests will fonn a Selection Committee comprising of the following members shy
(a) Chief Conservator of Forests I Cooservator of Forestsl Field Directorsl OM of WBFDC Ltd Chairman
(b) Divisional Forest Officer l Deputy Fiek Director Member Secretary (c) Addll Asstt Diviional Forest Offioer Member (d) R~e Officer (of concerned Range) Memher
8 The Jist as forwarded by the Panchayet Samity (in the ratio of 15 per Armya Bandhu to be appointed) should be placed ~f()re tb~ Selection Committee Member Secretary of the Selection Committee will fix up Ii date for interview of the provisionally selected Aranya Bandhus m cOnamplltation with the Chairman and invite the candidates for interview
9 1be Committee will finally select the Aranya Bandhus Gram Panchaynt-wise and forwlUd the list to the lli -officio Manager)WBWDC Ltd
1O E~-officio Manager WBWTIC Ltd will submit the lists to the Mannging Director WBWDC Ltd for record
1 Selected Candidate will be intimated by the concerned Exofficio Manager WBWDC Ltd and obtain their Ilcteptance of the offer of selection along with two passport size photographs and copi~ of address proof to enable him to issue the Identity Cards to the selected Arany~ Ba1dbu~
12 Copies of isiS of all selected candidates should be sent tG concerned PDOChnyat SlUllity and Gram Panchayat offices
13 Training of the Selected Aranya Bandhus will be arranged in due course by Ex-officio MJlnagerli on behalf ofWBWDC Ltd
