INTRODUCTION

With the world’s largest natural gas field, an average per capital income among the highest inthe world and ambitious plans to put the country out ahead of its Gulf rivals in the fields ofEducation, Culture, Research and Science, it is little surprise that real estate in Qatar isbooming these days. Qatar has been able to virtually take its pick from the internationalcompanies when it wants strategic partners for its ventures.
