Tank's body, cover and fitting are made from required size and specification steel sheets using shear machine , dices and power presses. Welding is done by arc welding and MIG welding machir:1es. Welded Tanks are then tested for leakage using compressed air of required pressure.

Tank, cover and accessories are cleaned in 7 tank pretreatment p'lant to get a phosphate coating on the surface and dried . Tanks cover accessories are then hang on conveyor chain electrostatic powder are sprayed & dried in an oven .

High grade imported eRGO in rol l form are slitted in eRGO slitting line in required width. This slitted cores are then wrapped in very soph isticated core wrapper machine and formed in a core former to get required window height & width. A group of formed cores are annealed in a vacuum annealing furnace to keep the formed shape and relief the stresses.

High voltage & low voltage coils are wound on required size mandrill using co il winding machine, electrolytic copper strips, wires , insulation papers and insulation boards are used to get proper coil with insulation .

Formed cores are inserted in coils to get core coil assembly (CCA). CCA is framed in steel frame, HT & L T terminals are wei ded with extension wires & strips of the coils.

A group of completed core coil assemblies are dried i,n a vacuum drying oven to get proper insulation level. Dried CCA then inserted in tank and fitted with lugs, terminals are connected with bushing fittings, the insulation oil is filled in the tank then covered with the cover is tighten with nuts and bolts .

During production required testing is done on coils, cores, tanks and accessories to get faultless final products. Routine test are conducted on final products to ascertain insulation , losses & di-electric strength etc. Type test are also conducted as per requirements of standards .
