rehearsal set-up… the hilton houston north is proud to provide complimentary rehearsal space for our guests who are utilizing our facilities for both their ceremony and their wedding reception. available space will be confirmed three months prior to the wedding date. after 6pm on the day prior to the actual ceremony, we will set space aside.

information confirmation of event space it is the policy of the hilton houston north to request a signed contract, to confirm all function space for your event. this agreement will outline your estimated start and end times, the anticipated attendance for your special day, as well as the minimum catering revenue that is required. upon signing and returning of the contract to the hotel, a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is requested. this deposit will be applied towards your final balance or cancellation fees. children meals

three and under eat complimentary ages four to nine are offered a fruit cup, chicken fingers with fries, cookie and beverage | $17 ages ten to sixteen, served the adult meal are 50% off selected package price

what you can expect prior to the wedding 9 months prior to the wedding, 25% of the estimated balance is due to the hotel. 6 months prior to the wedding 50% of the estimated balance is due to the hotel.

information what you can expect prior to the wedding (continued)

3 to 6 months prior to the wedding you will receive an invitation to attend a menu tasting event. for this event, the hotel will set a table for your fantasy wedding reception. our chef will prepare up to three entrée selections, of your choice, so that you may sample the finest food offerings included in the package and our wedding expert will be on hand to answer many of your wedding questions. additional topics of conversation will include: floral arrangements, wedding cake arrangements and upgraded linens. you are welcome to bring a total of four people to this event. additional guests are charged at $5 per person. a comprehensive worksheet will be provided to make all of the necessary notes very helpful to the planning of your special day.

3 months prior to the wedding 75% of the estimated balance is now due to your wedding partner. 1 to 2 months prior to the wedding your wedding partner will contact you to set up your wedding detail appointment. at this point, you

will be sent a detail sheet to assist you in making decisions about menu selections, schedule of events, and other wedding details. this document should be completed and returned to your wedding partner two weeks prior to your detail appointment. your menu tasting worksheet will be a wonderful resource in completing this information. please also be prepared to discuss any other information that is vital to orchestrate a memorable wedding. after your final food and beverage selections have been made and your detail meeting has taken place, your wedding partner will send you a banquet event order, outlining your arrangements, as we currently understand them. at this time, it is very important to make any changes in service times, menu selections, etc., in writing, on this document. it is also important to discuss these changes with your wedding partner, either over the phone or in person. you must sign the banquet event order and return it to the hilton houston north, no later than two weeks prior to the wedding. also, at this time, you will also receive a diagram of the room with numbered tables. please indicate on the plan how many guests will be seated at each table and the location of any children or special meal requests.

5 business days prior to the wedding you and your wedding partner will meet for your final drop‐off appointment. we ask that you bring us a signed copy of the final banquet event order and floor plan (as outlined above). the guaranteed number of guests and the final payment of the estimated total are now due, payable by cashier’s check or credit card. please note that we cannot accept personal checks for final payment. a signed credit card authorization form will also be requested for any charges above the estimated costs. your place cards, in alphabetical order, as well as any additional items, such as: favors, a cake knife, toasting glasses, guest book, etc., should be brought to the hotel at this time.

what you can expect after the wedding your credit card will be charged for any additional costs above the estimated total. additionally, any hhonors points requests will be

processed and credited to your account.
