PSA Rubric
What are some issues/topics you could make a PSA about?
As a team, brainstorm more PSA ideas and decide on a topic. Create a Storyboard.
› Plan your ideas as clearly as possible.› What is your topic?› What websites will you use for information?› What do you want the viewer to do?› What will we see?› What will we hear? (music, speech, noise, etc)› One storyboard per team with both your names on
it. Get it approved by Ms. Garcia.
What is Pre-Production? Pre-production is the stage in a film’s life
when it has been approved , but filming has not yet started. It is during pre-production that all the preparation for filming takes place to ensure that filming is problem free.
What types of things do you think you will need to complete during pre-production?
Why is pre-production important?
