Background of the project

• The population in Europe has suffered large decrease of children a decade ago.

• The increased number of involved children in pre-primary education from different cultural, linguistic and social background demands new approach that is connected with a need of developing good and qualitative normative for the pre-primary education.

• The opportunities for individual approach and activities of modern world are becoming limited because of the loss of equal opportunities for the children from different background.

The main aim, language, duration

• The main aim of the project is the comparative analysis of work and approach in different countries, search for the better financial structure and normative that would fit to all involved in the pre-primary education.

• Project duration: 1st August 2009 till 31st July 2011.

• Official working language is English.

Common activities in partnership

Each partner will:

• participate in international meetings

• assure the constant communication among partners

• take the great responsibility for the project performance and quality

• organize the meeting of the project according to the plan, prepare the

agenda and organize the workshops

• evaluate the meeting and write the report

• follow the project objectives

The common objectives according to the interest

Municipalities Hoče-Slivnica and Kabelsketal:

• get involved into the project in the sense of cooperation between pre-primary education institutions and themselves

• experience the cooperation with professional counselling companies for analysis, project work etc.

• experience different approaches in pre-primary school with the aim of better understanding this type /level of education

• gain new ideas for better solutions in creating standards, normative, systems

The common objectives according to the interest

Kindergartens Hoče and Villa Kunterbunt:

• follow the project objectives, specially the comparison of the

approaches (individual and group) in work with bigger groups of

children in pre-primary education

• exchange ideas

• create and search for new solutions

• organize the peer learning and be a part of it

• implement two new ideas, approaches, methods in the curriculum.

The common objectives according to the interest

ProFUTURUS d.o.o. in Wisamar Bildungsgesellschaft mbH:

• do the comparative analysis and a small study, which is based on the findings of partners invloved and on the exsisting financial system and normatives in pre-school education

• analyse the segments for better solutions and implementation to all the other involved in the project

• evaluate

European added values

 European added values are:

• raise the level of foreign language knowledge• improve and develop teamwork abilities• exchange the ideas, experience• be more successful at work• get references for future work• create and search for new solutions• join and experience the mobility• be able to outgrow their prejudices and prejudgement• get involved into the project work and get the references•do research work and analysis•experience new partners in the partnership

Approaches for reaching the aims

• Active cooperation among all partners.

• All partners will organize the meeting.

• Kindergarten staff exchange for a short period in peer learning in Germany/Slovenia.

• Creation of the comparative analysis, performing, discussion and the conclusion written in a small case study, published and presented on the web page and on the international conference.

Expected results and dissemination

• The first short analysis will be the comparative one among the formal data (organisation, financial structure etc.) with the aim for creating new normative, standards and changing the financial system to be more friendly to users of pre-primary education.

• Second analysis will be the comparison of the approaches shown and presented through peer-learning.

• The small project study will be prepared and published before the international conference with the new-existing or completely new approaches for individual/group work in pre-primary education.

Expected results and dissemination

• Results will be disseminated through the web page

and international conference, where they will be

presented and the small study explained.

• The speakers will be invited to give the contribution to higher level of the project.

• The results of the project will be the example of good practice and published in media. The small study will be available as the printing and e-material in library.
