Rental program, Clubhouse &R Beach Club

The Resort is the heart of the project that manages the rental resort program that owners have chosen to earn an income on rental of their units. The Resort is responsible for the sales, marketing and maintenance of the properties.

Club House, located in the heart of Royal Park, is the hub of the Resort and provides a multitude of services to its members such as a bar, a restaurant and sports facilities with tennis courts including front office services.

R FARMThe food & beverages distribution arm of Royal Park. It will source and supply the necessary consumable and non-consumable items to the Club House, R Beach Club, Sunset House, Sunset Resorts and the local market; gaining from economies of scale.

R Events is the events coordinating arm of Royal Park that will create, manage and coordinate the events taking place in the various events spaces in Royal Park; the beach clubs and theatre venue in Banyan Village. The events will bring a collection of cultural artists performing a range of talents including music, theatre acts, comedians and live performers.
