• The aim of the Concept is to develop an approach based on Smart city solutions which will create comfortable living conditions for citizens and guests of Astana.
• «Smart» city is an integrated ICT-enabled ecosystem of people and business society, connected with each other. Ecosystem works to ensure common vision of sustainable city development, as well as to provide knowledge and exchange ideas.

Main advantages of chat bots :
• Creation of a convenient tool for communication of the population with the local executive body through social networks
• Provision of more convenient service of sending requests to 109 service
• expansion of methods of warning the city's population
• no need to install special applications on mobile devices

Investments in the PPP project
Around 8,4 billion tenge
Development plan:
• Installation of 13 thousand cameras within the framework of the PPP project. • Integration of CCTV cameras of public places, shopping and entertainment
centers, sports complexes, etc. to the urban CCTV system
• Connection to the Situation Center of the cameras installed in the framework of the PPP project
• Integration of the Intelligent Transport System (ITS) with video surveillance and photo-video surveillance systems
Implementation of the project in two phases, in the
period 2017-2018. Within the framework of the PPP project, it is planned
to install:
- equipment for automatic identification of numbers and the registration of offenses
- CCTV cameras with a video analytics system
