> hair color, be it natural or artificial, is examined by two parameters:

1. color depth (i.e. light or dark); grades are called “levels”.

2. color tone, meaning the particular highlights we may perceive in each level.

> The natural series is the one which is closer to a natural neutral hair color. The formula of this series does not include any predominant pigment, so that the proportional amount of the three primary colors is well balanced. It is a neutral series, whose colors tend to be cool rather than warm.

> Using a product in the natural series on grey hair will determinate a total grey coverage and achieve a natural looking result. You may also use it in combination with other tone series if besides covering up grey hair the presence of specific nuances is also desired.

> Recommended when you need to effectively counter unwanted warm (golden to red) tones. This tone series is meant for hair lightening whenever you desire to achieve a neutral result on medium to thick hair, or classed in the intermediate-to-dark levels, because these hues can offset natural pigmentation, which would otherwise manifest itself after lightening. It is a perfect choice to create beige shades and cool highlights.

> However, we suggest not to use it if grey hair exceeds 30% to avoid a dull or artificial-looking result.
