*The definition of Foreign PolicyIn this regard, we have to confirm that's there is no agreement among scholars of F.P on the meaning of the concept. So we can distinguish among so many tendencies.

-If we can have different definition of the F.P we can define it as:

" A program of action, adopted by these officially responsible for the making of the F.P to achieve a set of goals in the international arena with a set of peaceful means, and with taking into account the rules of the international legitimacy".

  

-This definition shows some basic characteristics of the F.P which are

. F.P has an open and public character . F.P is programmatic
