In world war 2 children got evacuated to places like the countryside were bombs were not dropped. Some people kept there children with them.

Were jews had to sleep!

My mum went to Auschwitz,which is in Poland. This is where Hitler sent all the jews . Auschwitz was a concentration camp where they went to die. If they didn’t die in one of his ‘gas chambers’ they would usually die of illness or hunger.

This is where they slept. As many as 10 people would sleep on the same bunk.
