Interact knowledgeably with Payroll, Finance and other departments.

Provide quality communication, both printed and oral.

Listen openly to criticism. The products he offers employees are the highest quality and are the only ones authorized to be deducted from Florida Retirement System pensions. I have received many letters from employees, stating that their Aflac benefits provided financial assistance when dealing with terminal cancers or other live-altering events. One would have lost his home, another was able to provide the necessary care for her terminally ill husband.
