Overview

Food Concepts Plc is a market leader in the West African food sector. We operate world-class, quick service restaurant (QSR) brands including 65 Chicken Republic outlets, Pizza Republic, Scoops ice-cream and Reeds (an upscale Thai fusion restaurant & lounge). The group also comprises Butterfield Bakery Nigeria (with 9 plant bakeries) and Free Range Farms (a state-of-the-art poultry farm and poultry processing plant).

We are actively seeking a passionate and dynamic Group Head of HR & Administration to support Food Concepts to achieve its goals and maintain a position of brand leadership in terms of market recognition, consumer preference and profitability through the management of its people. Job objective:– Originate and lead comprehensive Human Resources practices and

objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

– Organize and supervise all of the administrative and support activities that facilitate the efficient operations of all company locations.
