Foreword:With the increasing of the scale and international influence of the China International
Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, the brand image of the exhibition has gained increased prominence and the number of the foreign exhibitors and visitors has grown day by day. The enterprise satisfaction surveys over the two most recent years showed that the excessive noise in the processes of the propaganda has a bad influence on the exhibition image and the exhibiting effect of the exhibitors. Aim to better meet the requirements of the market and provide a higher quality exhibition environment and the audiences will have a more comfortable visiting experience; we will further enhance the overall management level and formulate and implement the Noise Monitoring Standard and Management Measures in this agricultural machinery exhibition. We will take measures to manage the exhibitors in accordance with the standard and management regulations of the Noise Monitoring Standard and Management Measures, as well as avoid any excessive noise during the period of the demonstration and performance so that the exhibitors and audiences will not be influenced. The detailed standard and management measures are as follows:I. Noise Monitoring Standard
In fairness and in accordance with the national regulations and actual demand of China International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, the established Noise Monitoring standard is as follows:1. While monitoring, the sound-absorbing ball of the decibel meter shall be directed at the
place where the noise is produced in the booths;2. The height of the decibel meter we put shall not be lower than 0.3 meter or higher than
1.8 meters3. The distance between the decibel meters and the walls, huge exhibits, reception desk,
tables, and chairs shall not be less than 0.5 meter;4. The monitoring positions shall be at the center of the nearest main passage from the
place where the noise is produced in the booth;5. The monitoring time shall not be less than 10 seconds, and we will get the highest
decibel value as the monitoring result.II. Noise Supervision Measures1. Carry out self-inspection, inter-checking, review by home operators, and other
measures. Self-inspection is the exhibitors monitoring the volume in their own booths while inter-checking is the adjacent exhibitor’s supervision and examination of each other. If the noise decibel requirement has been exceeded, the exhibitors shall report to

the committee. And the officials will also supervise the noises of the booths on the scene;
2. The officials from the committee may check the volume of the booths at any time, and punish the exhibitor who produces noise that severely exceeds the decibel requirement;
3. Noise includes voice box out play, product demonstration, art performance, general noise, etc;
4. The monitoring decibel meters will be provided by committee uniform, the same brand and model. The exhibitors could pay the deposit to borrow the decibel meters for self-inspection and inter-checking from service center, and the deposit will be refunded when the decibel meters are returned.
III. Noise Management Relevant Regulations:1. During the exhibition, the volume of voiced demonstrations and performances shall be controlled below 110db, and the volume of advertising videos or advertisements shall be controlled below 75db;2. During the opening ceremony, the noise of all booths shall be controlled at near silence.3. Any exhibitors and constructors shall not take any action beyond the booth scope, take up passages, or place the voice box facing the adjacent booth;4. The committee will arrange officials to monitor the noise on the scene (subject to the result of the decibel meter), and has the right to stop any action that violates the rules and regulations;5. While monitoring the exhibition, the committee will warn the exhibitors who violate the management regulations the first time; if they ignore the warnings three times, the committee will cut off electricity for three hours to the booth as punishment.
