1. Jumbo cards: These cards have been a great tool to play ‘friends of ten’ (EMU activity) 2. Kinaesthetic Dice: Theses normal six sided dice have the added feature of nodules on each side which represent the value of the face being presented (each nodule represents a value of 1). The dice have been used numerous times with all students when they have to ‘design’ their own questions by rolling the dice to obtain some numerical values 3. This die is used in much the same way as the dice from 2, this however is a ten sided jumbo die which provides more challenging work for the student 4. Ruler, Protractor and Dominoes: These are all tactile instruments that allow my vision impaired student to feel the answer without having to see it. They are fitted with nodules at specific intervals so that obtaining to solution to the value of an angle or length of an interval can be counted. (The protractor is in increments of 5 degrees and the ruler in increments of 5mm)

5. Bead string: This is a tool this is used to demonstrate quantities and patterns. It has 100 beads on it and it is split up into groups of ten which are displayed through the change of colour.
