Between 1980 and 1984, FBI antidrug funding increased from $33 million to $95 million.

Department of Defense antidrug allocations increased from #33 million in 1981 to $1.042 billion in 1991.

During that same period, DEA antidrug spending grew from $86 million to $181 million.

FBI antidrug allocations grew from $38 million to $181 million.

In 1985 the Regan administration hired staff to publicize the emergence of crack cocaine as part of a strategic effort to build public and legislative support for the War on Drugs. The media was saturated with images of black “crack whores,” “welfare queens,” “crack dealers” and “crack babies.” President Ronald Reagan went before Congress over 17 times; each time the purpose was to get more money to put the niggers away for good!

Empathy

“Arrogance Skills”

R.B. Thieme, in his book “The Angelic Conflict,” p. 159, he defined “arrogance skills” as self-justification, self-deception, and self-absorption:

Self-justification means, “I am right and everyone else is wrong.” Self-deception means, a believer fails to acknowledge his/her flaws, failures, or sins,

often projecting them onto others in his periphery. Self-absorption is total preoccupation with self, resulting in hypersensitivity, extreme

self-consciousness, and a lack of consideration for others.“As the believer cycles through the arrogance skills, divine viewpoint is obscured and mental sins –including bitterness, hatred, and jealousy—increase (James 3:14-16).”

So, White America, is your “spiritual indictment” justified? That is, heroin for your “white” children/youth. Kindergarten: Under the theme “Law and Government” (Honesty/Trust) the Kindergarten is introduced to “Rules:” 1) Rules at home help us learn to live together better as a family; 2) Rules at school help us use our time wisely for learning; and 3) Laws are rules that help people live together in communities. 8th Grader-Builders. Citizenship continues using the 7th grade “Key terms and description” for the “class practice” of their “Mock Trial” with the focus of: 1) Understanding the American Judicial system; 2) Understanding the rights of American citizens; and 3) Understanding protections of the Bill of Right. The seventh and eighth-grade Builders program prepares the student for the “Strong Interest Inventory” before entering the 9th grade.

Junior Achievement/Economics

Junior Achievement (K-12) sparks student’s success. During the years of 2014-2015, over 4.6 million United States of America’s students in more than 200,000 classrooms participated. Through teaching and demonstrating, a significant understanding of economics and business concepts are understood. These sound economic principles spark students’ interest in higher education and careers. They may from K-12 be introduced to: 1) entrepreneurship; 2) work readiness; and financial literacy. Junior Achievement is designed to equip students with the tools and skills required to earn and keep a job in high-growth career industries; tools and skills such as: 1) 4Cs: critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity; 2) Strong soft skills; 3) Work priorities; 4) job-hunting tools: resumes, cover letters, interviews, and digital profiles (Junior Achievement Career Success, ©2014).

Understanding How Money Works

The “lower-caste” has very little knowledge on finance. In the book, Who Authorized You to Quit, are tools of the following individual and business principles: 1) Banking Education lesson plans for grades 5, 8, and 11 through college, p. 163; 2) Starting a Business (Entrepreneurship), including a complete “Business Plan,” p. 146; and 3) Estate Planning topics, p. 161.

Building A Principle-Centered Family Foundation

The socially-economically disadvantaged at-risk are rootless people; therefore, what do they know about developing a family-foundation? In Stephen R. Covey’s book, “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families © 1997, on page 337 addresses the four Needs, Roles, and Gifts of “Principle-Centered Family Leadership:”

Needs: 1) To Learn (Mental); 2) To Live (Physical/Economic); 3) To Love (Social-Emotional); and 4) To Leave a Legacy

Roles: 1) Teaching (Empowering Principles); 2) Organizing (Aligning Structure to Mission); 3) Mentoring (Relationship of Respect and Caring); and 4) Modeling (Example of Trustworthiness)

Gifts: 1) Imagination; 2) Independent Will; 3) Self-Awareness; and 4) Conscience

To practice “Principle-Centered Family Leadership” you must grasp the 7-Habits of Highly Effective Families, p. 390.

1. Be Proactive. Families and family members are responsible for their own choices and have the freedom to choose based on principles and values rather than on moods or conditions. They develop and use their four unique human gifts and take an inside-out approach to creating change. They choose not to be victims, to be reactive, or to blame others.

2. Begin with the End in Mind. Families shape their own future by creating a mental vision and purpose for any project, large or small. They don’t just live day to day with any clear purpose in mind. The highest form of mental creation is a marriage or family mission statement between right-man and right-woman.

3. Put First Things First. Families organize and execute around their most important priorities as expressed in their personal, marriage, and family mission statements. They have weekly family times and regular one-on-one bonding times. They are driven by purpose, not by the agendas and forces surrounding them.

4. Think “Win-Win.” Family members think in terms of mutual benefit. They foster support and mutual respect. They think interdependently – “us,” not “me” – and develop win-win agreements. They don’t think selfishly (win-lose) or like a martyr (lose-win).

5. Seek First to Understand…Then to Be Understood. Family members seek first to listen with the intent to understand the thoughts and feelings of others, then seek to effectively communicate their own thoughts and feelings. Through understanding, they build deep relationships of trust and love. They give helpful feedback. They don’t withhold feedback, nor do they seek first to be understood.

6. Synergize. Family members thrive on individual and family strengths so that, by respecting and valuing one another’s differences, the whole becomes greater than the sum of the parts. They build a mutual problem-solving and opportunity-seizing culture.They foster a nurturing family spirit of loving, learning, and contributing. They don’t go for compromise (1+1=1 ½) or merely cooperation (1+1=2) but creative cooperation. (1+1=3…or more)

7. Sharpen the Saw. The family increases its effectiveness through regular personal and family renewal in four basic areas of life: 1) physical; 2) social/emotional; 3) spiritual; and 4) mental. They establish traditions that nurture the spirit of family renewal.

The Lord Jesus ordained four divine institutions: 1) the individual; 2) marriage (all-man and all-woman); 3) family (child/ children); and 4) national entity (Military Victory, R.B. Thieme, Jr., the entire book)

In summary, North America Government, at every level of leadership, it is imperative that you immediately implement the above approval “new mind-set, new skill-set, and new tool-set” doctrine. A mind is a terrible thing to waste. The next bullet-fired could be yours in the head. Dead is dead! Whether it be by accident on the highway by a teen in a stolen vehicle; or a plane falling in your bedroom. All air-planes, jets and even Air-Force One, the President’s jet is at the mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ. Please remember the unsinkable ship called the “Titanic.”
