The Southwest Virginia Solid Waste Management Association (SVSWMA) AnnualConference and Trade Show beginning Wednesday, September 9 through Friday September11, 2015, at The Sheraton Roanoke Hotel &Conference Center, 2801 Hershberger Road Roanoke, Virginia 24017. This theme for our conference is; “Hitting it out of the Park in 2015”

Driving Directions: I-81 to Merge onto I-581 S/US-220 S via Exit 143 toward AIRPORT/ROANOKE. Merge onto VA-101 W/HERSHBERGER RD NW via EXIT 3W.

Last year’s Conference and Trade Show was well attended with outstanding feedback from vendors participating. This show is an excellent opportunity for vendors to meet and show their products and services to representatives from various companies, Counties and organizations that are responsible for purchasing. Exhibit space is sold quickly, so respond early to secure an area for your organization’s booth.

Exhibitor’s fee is $450.00 which includes a booth space and conference registration for two people to attend all functions of the conference from Wednesday through Friday (excluding golf tournament). Register by July 15, 2015, and receive the EARLY BIRD discounted fee of $400.00.

Exhibit area will be an open setting and each vendor will be provided with a table with two chairs. Electrical outlets will be provided on a first come basis. All conference sessions and opening reception will be held in exhibit are a ..Vendor set up in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday (9th) will be from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday opening reception will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Thursday hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we will have a special event on the patio from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The hotel will secure the Exhibit Hall at night.

An area outside will be available for display of large equipment and vehicles. The Equipment Expo will be featured on Thursday, and accessible throughout the event.

In conjunction with our theme we are offering four levels of sponsorships this year. You may hold prize drawings at your booth or we can give them away for you at our annual business meeting on Thursday. For all drawings on Thursday, must be present to win door prizes.
