7th Grade iWonder Information Literacy Project
Now that you have experienced the fundamentals of research, you will begin your exciting journey through the 7th grade Information Literacy Project. This year, your project will be an original personal inquiry project that corresponds to the MYP Global Contexts outlined in this document.
Your 7th grade ILP enables you to:● Get to know yourself as a learner● Learn how to be an effective researcher● Evaluate and document sources of information● Gather information about a personal interest● Learn how to communicate your specialized knowledge● Construct a project or product that reflects your research
Your ILP binder will help you navigate your way through your second ILP journey. Keep an open mind and you will be amazed at what you can learn and do!

Part II: Essential Questions
Your essential questions will focus your research through the process of inquiry into your topic. A topic can be researched from many angles. Remember to carefully choose your essential questions because they are what will focus your ILP.
