Lisa Arledge Powell is President of MediaSource, named 2013, 2014 and 2015’s Best Health Care PR/Marketing Agency by Ragan Communications. For over 17 years, MediaSource has specialized in healthcare communications and partners with a vast group of healthcare brands. Lisa, a former television news reporter, specializes in brand journalism and works with the nation’s top hospitals and brands to get their message to target audiences. As a journo-turned-PR pro and a member of the PRSA Health Academy, Lisa uses her journalism skills to teach the PR industry the perks of storytelling for a brand. Lisa also serves as the 2016 PRSA Health Academy Conference Chair and as the PRSA Health Academy Newsletter Editor. She is frequently a featured speaker at national communications conferences including the Mayo Clinic Health Care Social Media Summit, PRSA’s Health Academy Conference, Hospital Marketing National Conference, Content Marketing World and more.

Suzy Davis is currently the Director of Advancement and Quality Initiatives at Franklin County Residential Services (FCRS). FCRS is a private, not-for-profit organization that offers unique residential and family support programs to people with developmental disabilities. The majority of Suzy’s career has been spent in leadership positions within the developmental disabilities and healthcare fields. Prior to coming on at FCRS, she served for 18 years as the Executive Director of a multi-faceted and fast-paced waiver and community-based services agency serving people with developmental disabilities. Her expertise lies in leadership with all levels of employees, cultivation of strong teams, quality assurance, fiscal management and planning/implementation of strategic company goals.

Dr. Laura Hill is the President & CEO of The Center for Balanced Living, a free standing not-for-profit organization that specializes in the education, treatment and research of eating disorders. Dr Hill is the recipient of Muskingum University Distinguished Service Award in 2014, the National Eating Disorders Association 2011 Lori Irving Award for Excellence in Eating Disorders Prevention and Awareness and was a TEDx Columbus speaker in 2012. She is an original founder of the Academy for Eating Disorders in 1993 and was Director of what is now known as The National Eating Disorder Association from 1990 to 1994. She is the lead author of the Family Eating Disorder Manual and has conducted research and spoken internationally over the last 35 years. She is a recipient of the national Feeding Hope award by NEDA, in collaboration with UCSD Eating Disorder and Research.

As the executive director of Franklin County Residential Services (FCRS), Dr. Patrick Maynard leads all aspects of the organization, including designing and executing the strategic plan, managing and developing the executive team, delivering cost-effective services, fundraising, and advocacy. Prior to joining FCRS, he served as President and CEO with Pioneer Center for Human Services. While at Pioneer Center, Maynard led an acquisition and diversification plan that resulted in acquiring the county’s mental health center and behavioral health services; a move that resulted in a 300% growth rate over the next 3 years. Under his leadership, the agency also introduced the community’s first telepsychiatry services, and residential and day programs for individuals with autism and other spectrum disorders.

Kerri Mollard is Founder, CEO and Principal Consultant of Mollard Consulting, which builds the capacity of nonprofit organizations and the individuals who serve them. The vision is one of thriving communities and families because of highly effective nonprofits. Kerri’s 20-year career includes roles in fundraising, public relations, and administration including serving as Interim Executive Director at ProMusica. For seven years, Kerri taught nonprofit management and public relations courses at Ohio Dominican University, where she also served as Coordinator of Nonprofit Studies, and was honored with numerous awards for her work. Mollard Consulting services include strategy development, planning and analysis, grant research and writing, executive coaching, and the facilitation of board retreats, seminars and training workshops. It’s mantra is “be healthy” – building financial health through effective fundraising strategies, organizational health through planning, and sector health through capacity building.

To be plentiful is to be valuable. And valued. For those accountable for raising money, it results from understanding the relationship between the two. It’s part mindset and skill set, IQ and EQ, brand management and fundraising. It’s the hard work of establishing a certain culture, rather than simply creating another campaign. And it’s what Plentiful founder, Sharon Steele, does. Because most of all, it’s rewarding. Sharon grows things—understanding, passion, and reputation. And with more than 25 years of fundraising and business development experience specific to foundations and not-for-profits, she also grows contributed income. A former partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Ologie, one of the nation’s fastest growing branding agencies, Sharon helped to establish higher education as the agency’s largest portfolio, managing clients that included Smith College, the University of Arizona, Pratt Institute, Sewanee: The University of the South, and more.
