I am directed to refer to your RTI application dated 03.04.2018 received through electronically transfer from PMO on the subject mentioned above and to say that the information related to funds allocated and released directly to the State of Andhra Pradesh during the period from 2014 to 2018 in respect ARI Division of the Ministry may be treated as 'Nil'.

2. As the funds released to the State of Andhra Pradesh, during the FY-2016-17 under Central Sector Scheme, the funds of Rs.169.161 lakh was released to National Institute for MSME (NIMSME), Hyderabad for development of two clusters (Rs. 58.476 lakh for Kondapalli Wooden Cluster, A. P. and Rs. 110.685 lakh for Pedanna Kalamkari Cluster, A .P.) under the Scheme of Fund for Regeneration of Traditional Industries (SFURTI).

3. However, the funds released to the various institutions of the State of Andhra Pradesh under the various schemes, the information sought by applicant is held by KVIC and Coir Board which is a separate `Public Authority' in term of RTI Act. Therefore, this application is transferred to KVIC and Coir Board under section 6(3) of the RTI Act 2005 request for furnishing the requisite information directly to the applicant within the time limit under intimation to the Ministry.

4. If you are not satisfied with information/reply, you can appeal within 30 days, to First Appellate Authority under RTI Act whose details are as under:-
