Of hi s training as an archi tec t Mr. Oberhammer says:"I want to mention the fact that I am a trainedbricklayer, my first step to study architecture.This training isroquired in Germany before enter-ing a technical school. Training based upon thisprinciple should be advocated in America. Itwould do away wi th the draftsman-designor type."
