Our staff provided 14,055 (recorded) services. 211 customers identified themselves as 1st time customers; 380 customers received Tours of WFP services. Workforce Partnership's first time user rate for December is 8% Traffic flow in December was 4710. Our staff provided 14,141 (recorded) services. 307 customers identified themselves as 1st time customers; 373 customers received Tours of WFP services. RES/REA, WIA, & EUC customers often identify themselves by the service they are receiving, as opposed to 1st time customer.
