Do not misconstrue Yoga as a mere physical culture. Do

not use the word Asana and Yoga synonymously. Asana is but one tool of pure Yoga.

Instead of only bending your body through Asana, focus

on mending your mind through Yoga.

Strive to know who you truly are. Strive to liberate yourself from your cycles of pain. This will establish you in Purity and

The pure pathto your True Selfis neither cushynor convenient.

Your progress can be neither instant

nor automatic.



Pray for the Path to be prepared for you.

Pray for you to beprepared for the Path.



You are of the view that there are four paths of Yoga to God:

Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga,Dhyana Yoga, and Jnana Yoga.

For this to be true, you need to separate Karma, Bhakti, Dhyana, and Jnana from

each other, and consequently produce four different types

of Yoga.

Union with God (Yoga) is not of different types. Union is union. How and when this Union takes place depends on the choices

you make. (cont.)



Moreover, it is not useful to isolate Karma, Bhakti, Dhyana,

and Jnana, for they are integral to each other, to all processes,

and to all individuals.

There can be no pure Karm without Bhakti, no Bhakti

without Jnana of God and no Jnana without Dhyana on God.

Thus, Karma, Bhakti, Jnana, and Dhyana are four essential and integrated tools to purify

your existence, so you can experience Yoga.



To hear God,turn down your volume.



To see God, remove your veil of impurity that obstructs

your vision of Him.



Your Union with God (Yoga) is obstructed by the five impurities you

were born with i.e. Pancha Klesh.

This burden isEXCRUTIATING!

REMOVE YOUR IMPURITIESLeaving your inherent impurities (Klesh) unattended is like swimming in the ocean while towing a gigantic iceberg. You can remove the tip of your impurities through your daily prayers and weekly service. Yet, without proactive Klesh removal through the full practise of pure Yog, you will find yourself unable to move ahead.

Without Klesh removal,Union with God is impossible.

The full practise of Ashtanga Yoga burns all your impurities

and their seeds too.



Seek to be pure,not perfect.

will slowly lead you to Purity.



Move from being apart-time devotee to

being a full-time devotee.

There is no need to run away from your home

Choose your whole life to be your Sadhana.



See good, quietly.This is Jnana,

or highest wisdom.

Do good, quietly.This is Nishkama Karma,

or selfless action.

Be good, quietly.This is Bhakti,

or selfless devotion.



Humility is the hallmarkof a pure person.

Give heartfelt gratitude to all who provide for you. Genuinely seek forgiveness from those whom you have pained. Forgive those who harm you.

Pure Qualities burn away your impure karmic impressions

and move you forward, quickly.
