The ALERT Online Engine™ confi guration utility makes setup a snap. Installed on a local central server along with additional useful dashboards and setup tools, the online system can be setup to collect data continuously, at established intervals, or at certain times of the day.

WATCHMAN Online Systems™ utilizes SPRITE™ acquisition hardware which can understand machine states and only collect quality data when certain criteria are met. Scalar readings and process data can be inputted from dedicated sensors or from existing systems to ensure the most accurate diagnostics.

Installers and system managers can quickly get a snapshot of the online systems operation to make sure data is handled correctly. You can monitor live activity as well as use it to setup and troubleshoot the installation.

SprIte™ i400

The i400 is a 4 channel wireless network device. It can acquire 4 channels of vibration data simultaneous and multiplex 4 additional DC measurements. The i400 can be battery operated or can be connected to a power source.

The SPRITE™ i400 is enclosed in a compact, rugged, IP-67 rated enclosure and is approved for hazardous locations through ATEX (Zone 2) and CSA (Class 1, Division 2).

SprIte™ i800

The i800 is an 8 channel network device. It can acquire 8 simultaneous channels of data plus 8 additional DC measurements (multiplexed). The i800 connects to a wireless or wired network through a standard Ethernet connector. i800 is battery operated or can be connected to a power source.

The SPRITE i800 is enclosed in a rugged, IP-67 rated enclosure and is approved for hazardous locations through ATEX (Zone 2) and CSA (Class 1, Division 2).

SprIte™ i1600

The i1600 is a 16 channel network data collection device. It has a standard Ethernet connector that connects to the network. The ALERT Online Engine accesses this device over the network. The i1600 is assigned an IP address on the network to identify this acquisition device and its connected machines.

The SPRITE i1600 comes in an IP-66 rated NEMA4X enclosure with power supply.

The heart of any Azima DLI program is the powerful ExpertALERT software. ExpertALERT is used to build the machines in the program, analyze data, maintain historical records, and report the fi ndings. With WATCHMAN™ Services, this software tool is included and managed by your team of Azima DLI certifi ed analysts. There is no need to learn vibration analysis or install software on your own system.

ExpertALERT provides critical machinery health information instead of just vibration data by rapidly screening vibration measurements and applying over 4,500 unique rules to identify over 650 individual faults in a wide variety of machine types. Our proven automated machinery condition assessment system can process hundreds of vibration measurements in just a few seconds leaving you with actionable diagnosis, fault severity and repair priority. Instead of overwhelming you with data that is diffi cult to interpret, ExpertALERT provides fast, accurate diagnostic results.

Azima DLI’s sophisticated rulebase methodology extends beyond simple monitoring of alarms on peaks or spectral bands. Our test-point variation feature captures and compares complex patterns detected from the entire set of locations on your machine. By adding this machine-specifi c baseline data to the database, ALERT becomes a highly accurate diagnostic system.

In an online system where there is a continual stream of vibration data, it is important to have a software tool that is capable of scrubbing through these readings to fi nd exact fault trends with ample warning to order the correct parts and plan the downtime.
