The bathrooms in De Kleine Akker are perfectly finished with Villeroy & Boch products and high-quality tiles. The bathroom in every house is standard equipped with a walk-in shower and washing stand. In the toilet room a free-hanging toilet is placed. The toilet, shower head and taps are all in water- saving models.

The bathrooms are tiled to the ceiling and the tiling in the toi-let is approximately 120 cm high. Within the budget you have a choice of different shades of floor and wall tiles.

Kies je voor een patiowoning of appartement in De Kleine Akker, dan

word je automatisch mede-eigenaar van het hele gebouw. Daarmee ben je samen

met de andere bewoners verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en het onderhoud.

De bewoners richten met elkaar een Vereniging van Eigenaars (af-gekort VvE) op, dit is in de wet vastgelegd. De VvE komt minimaal eens per jaar bij elkaar. Je neemt gezamenlijk beslissingen over het beheer van de gemeenschappelijke gedeelten van het complex, denk aan verzekeringen en schoonmaak.
