Los carros autnomos o conjuntos motorizados son plataformas mviles para el transporte de todo tipo de cargas.

CARACTERSTICAS GENERALES:- Velocidad estndar 20m/min. Opcionalmente se puede aumentar la velocidad.- Clculo y anlisis por elementos finitos.

INFORMATION

OX CAN MANUFACTURE, AMONG OTHERS:- Driven rail vehicle coil car- Remote control coil cars- One crane, driven rail coil cars - One crane, remote control coil cars- Two cranes, driven rail coil cars - Two cranes, remote control coil cars

These coil cars are designed for any kind of load. From many coils (1, 2, 3, or 4) in any position, to moulds (platform type).

The coil car structure is manufactured with S275 steel and S355 steel. They are strong materials built according to FEM and DIN EN 13155 standards.

The manufacturing options are wide:- Driven by rails- Remote control - radio control - Three-phase power supply - batteries- Electro - mechanical- Electro - hydraulic- Using metallic wrappers - polyamide, vulkollan wheels

These transportation elements can be manufactured for coil cars running on rails, AGV coil cars (remote control), radio control coil cars (outings with protection) and steel sheets coil cars.

Our manufactured products allow the configuration of cradles from 1 to 4 coils, that can be oriented in the direction of travel or in perpendicular.

Other area where we work is the automotive, for the movement of moulds, the construction and civil engineering areas, for components transportation in engineering structures, etc.

Estos carros se disean para todo tipo de cargas. Desde varias bobinas (1, 2, 3, o 4), en culquier posicin, hasta moldes o matrices (tipo plataforma).La estructura del carro se fabrica con aceros S275 Y S355. Son elementos robustos construidos segn normas FEM y DIN EN 13155.

Las opciones de fabricacin son muy amplias:- Guiados por via-rales- Autnomo guiado - filoguiado - control radio- Alimentacin trifsica - bateras- Electro- mecnico- Electro- hidrulico- Con medias metlicas - poliamida, con ruedas de Vulkollan.

Estos elementos de transporte pueden fabricarse para carros de traslacin por rales, carros autnomos por control remoto (AGV), carros autnomos por control de radio (exteriores con proteccin) , carros para chapas de acero.

Nuestos productos fabricados permiten la configuracin de las cunas de 1 a 4 bobinas, que se pueden orientar en el sentido de la marcha o perpendicularmente.

Otro sector en el que trabajamos es el del automvil, para el movimiento de moldes y matrices, el de la construccun e ingeniera civil, para traslado de subcomponentes de fabricacin en estructuras, etc.

Podemos asimismo disear cualquier plataforma o remolque adecuado a sus necesidades.


MATERIAL

Los materiales utilizados para el chasis son: acero S275 en las vigas y acero S355 en el resto de materiales.

ACABADO

El acabado de nuestros productos es chorreado Sa 2,5 segn normas ISO 8503-2:1.996. Posteriormente capa de imprimacin epoxi poliuretano de 50 micras de espesor (RAL 1028).

CONFORME Cumplimos con las disposiciones de las directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo 2006/42/CE, de 17 de mayo de 2006, relativa a la aproximacin de legislaciones de los estados miembros sobre mquinas y 2004/108/CE, de 15 de diciembre de 2004, relativa a la aproximacin de legislaciones de los estados miembros sobre compatibilidad electromagntica, y ha sido fabricada de acuerdo con las siguientes normas armonizadas:

- UNE-EN ISO 12100-1:2004. Seguridad de las mquinas. Conceptos bsicos, principios generales para el diseo. Parte 1: Terminologa bsica, metodologa.- UNE-EN ISO 12100-2:2004. Seguridad de las mquinas. Requisitos de calidad para el soldeo por fusin de materiales metlicos. Parte 1: Criterios para la seleccin del nivel apropiado de los requisitos de calidad.

MATERIAL

The material we have used in the chasis is: S275 steel for beams and S355 steel for the rest of materials.

FINISH

The finish of our products is sandblasted Sa 2,5 in accordance with ISO 8503-2:1.996 norms. Afterwards, a 50 micras thick of polyurethane epoxi primer (RAL 1028).
