NRLI Alumni BOD Meeting NotesMay 10, 2011

****************************************************************************************************General Notes Next NRLI BOD meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 12 th at 3pm. There was discussion about Burls recent letter and folks wishing him well.

Board of Director Members

Both Eric Bush and Craig Diamond joined the board of directors. Both Eric and Craigintroduced themselves to the alumni BOD.

Treasurer Report Bryan in Diannes absence gave the treasurer report. There was about $2,937 left in the

alumni account. There were four new life members to the alumni association and one new annual

member. A motion was passed for the alumni association to pay $600 towards the graduation

reception. Craig suggested that it might be useful to estimate graduation reception costs on a per

head basis for future budgeting.T-shirts

The cost of T-shirt production was covered at graduation night. There is potential to have t-shirts for sale on a regular basis. Participants in the class challenge received a t-shirt.

GraduationProfessional development There were 13-14 attendees to the social based marketing workshop held by Paul

and Bryan. Good feedback on workshop. Paul was happy with turn out and Bryan thanked

Candy for her help with the workshop room.Field trip

o A lot of people from the graduating class were not present.o About 15 folks attended the springs fieldtrip.o There were three speakers that included Fritzi Olsen and Dr. Bob Knight.
