ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
The University commenced admission of students

of its own in 2015.

Note :
1. MNLU Mumbai is also exploring possibilities to impart foreign language courses such as German, French
and Chinese. The courses shall be extra and optional.
2. As the courses will advance depending upon the availability of the resources such as teachers and
expertise and basing on the best interest of the students additional elective courses will be considered
with flexibility of credit transferability.
3. The elective course will be announced with minimum of 15hours duration for one credit program as and
when the eminent teachers are available to design, conduct and evaluate the course in wholesome.
4. During the semester a students may be engaged in Field Work/ Project/ Seminar/Tutoring etc for skills
enhancement etc. The time devoted for the same may be considered for giving credits.

Course Structure:
Candidate admitted to One Year LL.M. Degree
program at MNLU Mumbai can pursue specialization in
Legal Pedagogy and Research. Students have to
complete three mandatory papers and six elective papers
and a dissertation work in order to complete the program
in accordance to the UGC guidelines for One year LL.M
program.
1. Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 Exam or
equivalent examination with a minimum of (i) Forty
five (45%) marks in case of Candidates belonging to
General/OBC/Specially able persons categories and
(ii) forty percent (40%) marks in case of candidates
belonging to SC/ST category. A candidate appearing
in the qualifying examination in March / April 2016 is
also eligible to apply
2. Age Limit: No age limit is prescribed for CLAT -
