The balance is payable at such time as stipulated in the license. FRONT-OF-HOUSE PERSONNEL Charges for front-of-house personnel for one performance during normal hours ........................................  $6,070 This includes payroll taxes and employee benefits. The overtime charges for scheduled front-of-house personnel will be 50% of the above amount per quarter-hour or fraction thereof. The rates stated above are based on prevailing wage scales and benefits and are subject to increase to correspond with any future increase in such wage scales and benefits effective during the term of this license, and Licensee agrees to pay such increase. STAGE LABOR AND SECURITY Charges vary with the nature of attractions. Licensee should secure cost estimates from the House Manager’s Office prior to execution of license. This office will determine the staffing in these areas. INSURANCE The Licensee is required to have insurance as stipulated in Hall license agreement including Liability Insurance. Amount of liability will be determined by the House Manager. BANQUET FACILITIES Please contact the Event Services Manager at 212-903-9770 for information about renting one of Carnegie Hall’s reception rooms. IMPORTANT NOTE Inquiries regarding televising the event should be discussed prior  to signing of Hall license. Special arrangements must be made for broadcasting, recording, filming, or photographing no later than ten working days before the event. Rates are available upon application.
