DYNAMIC STUDIO Client : imaginary client, which is very dark child-hood background, character designer for a comic book.
The house is con-nected to sur-rounding environ-ments. It has a lot of ironical char-acteristics at the same time they should have har-mony in terms of material usages.Working and s l e e p i n g space should be the focal point of the house and rest of needs can be minimal. Since the client is a char-acter concept de-signer, the house should reflect his character is t ics .

MOMENTO HOTEL
Target Client : actors, ac-tress, photographers, writers, directors, and lo-cal people who are will-ing to spend time as his-torical moment in the city.
The main theme of the hotel is recalling the history and concept of theatre, movies, pho-tographs and plays. One choice leads to a result and the other side of the choice can lead to a dierent result. The architecture has the beginning and continu-ous ending, express-ing linear aspect of his-tory. Historical moments are the most important.

CAN HOUSES
The most important feature of the design is affordability and how units can be placed in the allotted space of the site. So, the design plays with numbers. The size of the actual site that can be used is 20,000sqft for 100 people. A unit, which can be placed in that 20,000sqft, has 400sqft gross space, and 240sqft actual usable space. There are 4 options of each gross space dimension, which is 20’x20’, 25’x16’, 40’x10’, or 8’x50’. Therefore, those rectangular shape options can be put together shar-ing one point to show the most common size of the space, which is 8’x20’. But then, 8’x20’ is 160sqft net space which is too small for 2 people or 1 person to live. So, the 8’x50’ option can be removed from those options. This is because that dimen-sion is too narrow and long for residential usage. The most common flexible space size is 20’x10’. It fits in every possible rectangular gross space in the site.

The outside material is mainly steel. It looks like shipping container from the outside but the size can be varied. Also, it can have color op-tions for exterior, interior and floor. Exterior op-tions are tan, blue, white, green, brown, red, or gray. Interior wall op-tions are beige, Calcutta, or gray. Interior floor op-tion is sesame, nutmeg, or ebony. It can be con-structed by a compa-ny called Speedspace.
