• Permanent sovereignty of states over their natural resources creates rights that each

• state exercises to manage its resources and does no harm to other states.

• Many natural resources cannot be protected without inter-state cooperation.

• Transfrontier of natural resources, ecosystem conservation and sharing of benefits.

• Trans-boundary partnership and engagement: Dialogue and Enforcement are at borders at local levels.

O Kombot River, this point is about 500 meters to the border near Tambon Tap Ratch. The head water call “ Lam Stone” in Thailand flow from Ta Praya National park pass through 11 villages, 3 sub districts, the length of the river in Thailand is about 30 km

Degraded area in Traperng Thlork CPA, one out of six CPAs in BanteayChhmar Protected Landscape . Total area of this CPA is about 307 hectares, the total area for agricultural land for 50 families is 70 hectares. (There are all together 6 CPA in BTC protected landscape)

This road know as “Charcoal Road” as some part of the road fill up with charcoal ash, where charcoal from Banteay Chhmar transport to market in Thailand
