Lessons Learned New process, New Model, New staff members – too many “News” Involve the effected workgroups early in the process when making

changes to any of the fundamentals (e.g. changing thermal data). Why not use some of the FERC rules here? Openness and transparency Coordination Quality control

Coordination – as it applies to the four TAS committees - revisit the organizational structure. One fix may be as simple as adding facilitation to coordinate between committees.
